The Ontario Progressive Conservative Party says it has removed Kitchener-Conestoga MPP Michael Harris from caucus after a complaint from a former intern and the alleged discovery of text messages "of a sexual nature." Harris released a written apology Monday night to the party, his constituents, and his wife and family.
