Toilet flush Mechanism - Plumbing Inspections - InterNACHI®️ Forum

I am not familiar with this type nor did i ever figure out how to flush this toilet with out removing the lid and manually turning the black dial. No manual handle on the tank top or sides of the tank. No sensors were found What am i missing here?
