Punjab makes rear seat belts mandatory

In a correspondence to Commissioners of Police and Senior Superintendents of Police across the State, the office of Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) Traffic Wing, Punjab police, has directed them to create awareness about mandatory wearing of rear seat belts by the passengers.
