Plus, we could all use a bit of a distraction from the news, right?I love oversized button down shirts and anything with blue and white stripes, so naturally this top spoke to me. The roomy fit makes it perfect to wear with skinny jeans and you could also tie it at the bottom to wear with high waist pants or skirts.
